Catherine Dickson (BA)Hons Fine and Applied Art specialised in Textile Art, since leaving university in 2006 she has set her own business-Catherine Dickson Designs, making and selling handmade Jewellery and Textiles.
Catherine produces a range of jewellery which she sells at craft fairs and events across Northern Ireland. Along side this she also continues with the work she produced in her final year of University to produce large scale Textiles Commission pieces for office buildings.
Catherine has also branched out into teaching after studying a City and Guilds Delivering Learning Diploma in 2008. She teaches a wide range of areas such as Arts and Crafts at Primary School level, Jewellery Making for all ages and a range of Textile workshops.
When Catherine is not working for herself she works as an Art and Design Technician in a school in Belfast.
